This family run park has all amenities you will need: showers, toilets, a laundry, a games room, a TV room, playgrounds, a campers' kitchen with fridge, freezer and a payphone. The beach just 4 mins walk from the park.

It was once an estate owned by the Archdale family, who arrived in 1614 during the Plantation of Ulster. The original castle was destroyed during the Irish Rebellion of 1641 and again in 1689. There are a lot of activities available on site including boat and cycle hire and seasonal pony trekking.

The park surrounded by old stonewalls caters for tents, caravans and motorhomes, there is no mobile homes in the park. On-site facilities include campers kitchen with gas cooking hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and wash-up area. Games room with table tennis, pool table and table football. Free of charge are hot water/showers. Some areas are shaded and there are open spaces to accommodate larger groups. Local activities include pony trekking, trout fishing, countryside walks and historical places.

This small family run park is situated just 1km from Leitrim Village on the banks of the River Shannon. On-site facilities include fishing, boat slipway, traditional Irish pub, miles of forest, canal walks and nearby Carrick-on-Shannon. Battlebridge is an excellent base for fishing in the River Shannon.
